Gradient Slider

Add a series of questions and display different content based on the sum of the answers. You can add as many questions and possible results as you like. Turn on debug mode under "Show advanced options" to show the total score in an alert message. 

The sample below has 4 questions and 2 possible results. Anything under 50% total score will show the lower result (Not a fan) and anything 50% or higher will show the highest result (True fan).
